Proposed main tasks :
- Provide first-level technical support to customers, identifying and resolving problems related to our transportation software.
- Train users on the functionalities and best use of our software solutions, promoting an optimal customer experience.
- Work closely with the development team to report bugs, propose product improvements based on customer feedback, and monitor software updates.
- Actively participate in the writing of user guides and technical documentation for our customers
- An integration program, coupled with welcoming onboarding, will enable you to acquire an understanding of the products and facilitate your blossoming within the Strada Support team.
